TUNGSTEN CARBIDE BALLS

Profile
Cemented carbide balls, commonly known as tungsten steel balls, refer to steel balls and balls made of cemented carbide. The main components of the material are cobalt (Co) or nickel (Ni) and molybdenum (Mo) as binders. Powder metallurgy products sintered in a vacuum furnace or hydrogen reduction furnace. The common hard alloys are YG/N/YT/YW series. Tungsten carbide balls are used where extreme hardness and wear resistance is required where severe conditions occur, such as high abrasion, corrosion and high temperatures as they offer High hardness and dimensional stability .

Applications:
HD steel balls manufactures and supplies premium and consistent quality tungsten carbide balls for a wide range of applications.Tungsten carbide balls are used where extreme hardness and wear resistance are required; in applications such as bearings, ball screws, valves, flow meters, etc. Tungsten carbide balls are also available for imprints and pivots, detents and tips for gauges and tracers. Tungsten carbide balls of decimal inch size are widely used for spheroidization or pore size measurement. Tungsten carbide balls are also used for measurement and inspection.
