Silicon Nitride Ceramics
Silicon nitride has excellent mechanical properties for use in Hybrid Bearings such as lower thermal expansion, high rigidity, and wear resistance. Silicon Nitride (Si3N4) ceramic material is an inorganic material ceramic that does not shrink during sintering. Silicon Nitride (Si3N4) is very strong, especially hot-pressed silicon nitride, which is one of the hardest substances in the world.
