PA Ball

Nylon (PA) Plastic Balls

PA is a general term for polyamide plastics. Common mechanical properties of PA include toughness, high surface hardness, tensile strength, and impact resistance; it is also fatigue-resistant and fold-resistant; it has high wear resistance, is self-lubricating, and produces low noise; it is heat- and cold-resistant, maintaining high mechanical properties even in cold and hot seasons; it is resistant to chemicals, stress cracking, and oil corrosion, but not acid-resistant; it is easy to print and dye, and has excellent electrical properties. PA plastic balls (nylon balls) replace metal, providing mechanical strength comparable to metal while reducing weight. Their self-lubricating properties also reduce wear. They are commonly used in bearings, pulleys, pump body seals, consumer product structural components, and chemical and petroleum industries.
